About This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to jobsadmire.com and all subdomains (including crm.jobsadmire.com), as well as our mobile and communication channels (email, WhatsApp, phone). We are committed to protecting your personal data in full compliance with Turkish Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK) and İŞKUR regulations.

We operate as a Private Employment Agency permitted by İŞKUR (Permit No. 1730, dated 19.09.2024). Under Law No. 4904, it is forbidden to charge jobseekers any fee. Complaints: İstanbul İŞKUR Provincial Directorate Kadıköy Service Center (tel. 0216 418 34 55).

3. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA

Identification & Contact: name, email, phone, address, nationality
Candidate Data: CV/resume, education, work history, skills, references, interview notes, profile photo, uploaded documents (qualifications, licenses)
Immigration/Relocation Data: passport/ID details, civil status, travel history, residency/work-permit information (only where needed)
Employer/Partner Data (B2B): company name, title, work contact, role requirements, contracts
Transaction Data: paid service details (premium/resume/interview coaching), invoices (no card data stored on our servers)
Usage & Device Data: logs, IP, user agent, pages viewed, cookies
Communications: emails, calls/WhatsApp/chat, support tickets

Special Categories: We do not intentionally collect health or biometric data. If a role or legal process requires such data, we will process only where lawful and necessary, with explicit consent under KVKK where required.

B2B Partner & Recruiter Management:

Onboarding, compliance, invoicing

Communications & Alerts:

Job alerts, consultation scheduling, service updates

Legal bases: Explicit consent (marketing), contract/legitimate interests (service messages)

Security & Compliance:

Audit logs, access controls, responding to authorities, İŞKUR requirements

Analytics & Site Performance:

Aggregated usage, improving UX

Public authorities & courts where legally required (İŞKUR, immigration authorities)

All processors act under contracts meeting KVKK requirements.

8. CROSS-BORDER TRANSFERS (KVKK ART. 9)

Where data is transferred outside Türkiye (e.g., cloud hosting, international employers, global tools), we rely on permitted mechanisms under 2024 amendments:

Adequacy decision (if destination recognized by the Board)

Commitments/standard contracts approved/notified to Authority

Binding Corporate Rules

Explicit consent (last resort, where no other mechanism applies)

We keep a record of transfer assessments.

9. RETENTION

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and statutory limitation periods (e.g., labor, commercial, and İŞKUR regulations). When no longer needed, data is deleted/anonymized per KVKK.

11. VERBIS

Where JobsAdmire meets legal thresholds, we register with VERBIS (Data Controllers' Registry) and keep records up to date. Public VERBIS entries can be checked on the Authority portal.

13. Children's Data

Our services target adults and employers. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if we learn of such processing without appropriate legal basis and consent, we will delete it.

14. Third-Party Links & Social Channels

Our site may link to external services (e.g., WhatsApp, payment providers). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

15. Changes

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in services or law (including future Board decisions or guidance). We will post the new version with an updated date.
