Agreement Overview
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of jobsadmire.com, its sub-domains (including crm.jobsadmire.com), mobile interfaces, and all related services operated by Jobs Admire Özel İstihdam Bürosu Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("JobsAdmire", "we", "our", "us"). By using our website or services, you ("User", "Candidate", "Employer", "Partner") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
JobsAdmire operates as a Private Employment Agency under İŞKUR Permit No. 1730 dated 19.09.2024, in accordance with Law No. 4904. Under this law no fee may be charged to job seekers for core recruitment services. Contact details and complaints procedure are provided in our Privacy Policy.
JobsAdmire provides: job search, candidate placement, and recruitment support for employers; immigration, work-permit, and residence-permit facilitation where requested; career counselling, interview preparation, and related advisory services; Resume Generator and online CRM tools for candidates and employers. Some services may be free (e.g. job applications); others (e.g. premium CV/interview coaching, employer recruitment packages) may be fee-based.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old or of legal working age in their jurisdiction. Employers/Partners must have legal capacity to enter binding contracts. By using the site you confirm the accuracy of all information you provide.
You may create an account to apply for jobs or manage employer postings. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure. Any activity under your account is deemed performed by you.
Provide true, current and complete information (CV, contact details, documents). Do not submit false, misleading, or defamatory material. Understand that application decisions rest solely with employers.
Use candidate data only for legitimate hiring purposes and in compliance with KVKK and all labor regulations. Do not charge candidates any recruitment fee. Enter into written service agreements with JobsAdmire where paid recruitment services are required.
Jobseekers: no recruitment fees will ever be charged for standard job placement. Employers/Partners: paid plans or service packages will be governed by separate commercial agreements or purchase orders specifying scope, pricing, and payment terms.
All content on the site (text, graphics, logos, trademarks, software) is owned by JobsAdmire or its licensors and protected by copyright and industrial property laws. Users may view or print content for personal use only. Any reproduction or redistribution requires prior written consent.
You agree not to: violate any applicable Turkish or international law; post or transmit harmful code, spam, or abusive content; harvest, scrape, or misuse personal data of others; interfere with or disrupt site security or functionality. We may suspend or terminate access for violations without prior notice.
Processing of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that your data may be processed and, where necessary, transferred in accordance with KVKK and cross-border transfer rules.
Our site may link to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (e.g. WhatsApp, payment gateways). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
JobsAdmire aims for continuous service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service temporarily or permanently without liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law: JobsAdmire is not liable for employment outcomes, visa approvals, or damages arising from employer decisions. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount (if any) paid by the user for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by Turkish law (e.g., willful misconduct or gross negligence).
You agree to indemnify and hold JobsAdmire harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or unlawful use of the services.
These Terms are governed by Turkish law. Disputes shall be resolved by the Istanbul (Anadolu) Courts and Execution Offices, unless a mandatory forum is required by consumer protection laws.
JobsAdmire may update these Terms to reflect legal or service changes. Updates will be posted with a revised 'Last updated' date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing any services, communication channels, or materials provided by JobsAdmire, including but not limited to job search, recruitment, immigration services, career counselling, and CV tools, whether through our website, CRM platform, email, phone, WhatsApp, or any other means, you expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree that you have carefully read, comprehended, and fully consent to be legally bound by all the provisions, terms, and conditions set forth in these Terms of Service.
