How overseas roles work
Three ways to work with us from your country
A representative in Uzbekistan with four active partners has a very different week from someone helping us run one trade test. So we do not force one contract on everybody.

Full-time representative
You are our country. You hold the partner relationships, run interviews, check documents and answer for the quality of everyone we take from your market.

No. This page is only for roles inside JobsAdmire — our Antalya office team and our overseas representatives. Worker placement in Türkiye is handled with our verified partner agencies abroad, not by direct application. We never ask a worker for money.
You are our person in a source country. You meet partner agencies and institutes, check candidate documents, run first interviews and prepare people for the job they are going to. Everything you do is recorded in our system, so Antalya sees the same picture you do.
Yes. Overseas roles come as full-time, part-time or project-based. Project work is tied to something specific — a trade test, a batch of documents, one recruitment day — with the scope, timeline and fee written before you start.
For Antalya office roles we prefer experience in HR, recruitment, permits or B2B sales, but we do hire junior people and train them. For overseas roles your local network and language matter more than a recruitment job title.
Turkish and English are the working languages in Antalya. For overseas roles the local language plus workable English is enough — Turkish is a plus, never a requirement. We are especially short on Russian, Uzbek, Arabic and French.
