The things agencies, agents and institutes ask us before the first agreement.
No. When an HR agency introduces an employer, that employer stays with the agency — it is written into the cooperation agreement before any placement happens. Our role is supply and permits, not your client relationship.
In writing, always before the first placement. Who pays whom and how much depends on the track, the professions and the volume, so we discuss it in the video call meeting and put it in writing in the cooperation agreement, signed in the portal.
We currently work with licensed agents in Pakistan, Nepal, India, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, the Philippines, Indonesia and several African countries. Other countries are considered case by case, provided the agency is properly licensed.
We do, in Türkiye, under our İŞKUR licence (Permit No. 1730) and labour law No. 4904. Partners never deal with Turkish permit filings themselves.
Once the agreement is signed, the first batch usually moves within weeks — sourcing and interviews first, then permits. We deliberately start small and scale after the first successful batch.
Yes. Most of our institute partners are new to overseas placement. We advise on which professions Turkish employers need, assess graduating batches on campus, and handle everything from the Turkish side.
