These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of jobsadmire.com, its subdomains (including the Partner Portal at portal.jobsadmire.com), its mobile interfaces and all related services operated by Jobs Admire Özel İstihdam Bürosu Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("JobsAdmire"). By using the website or the services, you (a "User", "Candidate", "Employer" or "Partner") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using them.
1. Data controller and legal status
JobsAdmire operates as a private employment agency under İŞKUR Permit No. 1730 dated 19.09.2024, in accordance with Law No. 4904. Under this law, no fee may be charged to job seekers for core recruitment services. Contact details and the complaints procedure are set out in the Privacy Policy.
2. Services
JobsAdmire provides job search, candidate placement and recruitment support for employers; immigration, work-permit and residence-permit facilitation where requested; career counselling, interview preparation and related advisory services; and online portal tools for candidates and employers. Some services are free (for example job applications); others (for example employer recruitment packages) may be fee-based.
3. Eligibility
Candidates must be at least 18 years old or of legal working age in their jurisdiction. Employers and Partners must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By using the website you confirm that all the information you provide is accurate.
4. User accounts
You may be given an account to manage applications, candidates or job postings. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Any activity under your account is deemed to have been performed by you.
5. Candidate responsibilities
Candidates provide true, current and complete information (CV, contact details, documents), do not submit false, misleading or defamatory material, and accept that hiring decisions rest solely with employers.
6. Employer and partner responsibilities
Employers and Partners use candidate data only for legitimate hiring purposes and in compliance with KVKK and all labour regulations, never charge candidates a recruitment fee, and sign a written service agreement with JobsAdmire where paid recruitment services are required.
7. Fees and payments
Job seekers: no recruitment fee is ever charged for standard job placement. Employers and Partners: service packages are governed by separate commercial agreements or purchase orders that set out the scope, pricing and payment terms.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the website (text, graphics, logos, trademarks, software) is owned by JobsAdmire or its licensors and protected by copyright and industrial property law. You may view or print content for personal use only; any reproduction or redistribution requires the prior written consent of JobsAdmire.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to break any applicable Turkish or international law; post or transmit harmful code, spam or abusive content; harvest, scrape or misuse other people's personal data; or interfere with or disrupt the security or functionality of the website. JobsAdmire may suspend or end access for a violation without prior notice.
10. Data protection
The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed. By using the services you acknowledge that your data may be processed and, where necessary, transferred in line with KVKK and the cross-border transfer rules.
11. Third-party links and services
The website may link to third-party websites or use third-party services (for example WhatsApp or map providers). JobsAdmire is not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
12. Service availability
JobsAdmire aims for continuous service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and may change or discontinue any service temporarily or permanently without liability.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobsAdmire is not liable for employment outcomes, visa or permit decisions, or damage arising from the decisions of employers, nor for indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from the use of the website. The total liability of JobsAdmire for any claim does not exceed the amount (if any) the user paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where Turkish law prohibits such a limitation (for example wilful misconduct or gross negligence).
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify JobsAdmire and hold it harmless against claims, damages or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or from unlawful use of the services.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Turkish law. Disputes are resolved by the İstanbul (Anadolu) Courts and Enforcement Offices, unless consumer protection law requires a different forum.
16. Amendments
JobsAdmire may update these Terms to reflect legal or service changes. Updates are published with a revised last-updated date, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
By accessing, browsing or using any service, communication channel or material JobsAdmire provides — including job search, recruitment, immigration services, career counselling and CV tools, whether through the website, the Partner Portal, e-mail, phone, WhatsApp or any other means — you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
